Adoption is not new to us. Marisa was first introduced to open adoption when she was a teenager and a close friend chose to place her daughter in an open adoption. To this day she remembers her friend's courage and selfless love.  There has never been any question that open adoption was right for us.  We will never forget the love you have in your heart for your child and will always keep the lines of communication open with you and your family.
